Mr. Donnoe is a Probate Attorney in Encinitas, San Diego County. Probate Attorneys are those who focus their practice within the Probate Court. The Probate Court has jurisdiction over Probate, Guardianship, Conservatorship, Trust Administrations and issues or litigation arising from these areas. Mr. Donnoe’s practice also includes Special Education Law to assist parents serving as Limited Conservators with educational services, IEP meetings and FAPE.
To give back to his community, Attorney Donnoe has provided pro bono services at the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program with the Guardianship Clinic. He has provided services at Casa Cornelia Law Center in San Diego by assisting indigent minors, including an Asylum seeker. He has also presented to groups preparing for retirement at Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR).
He received the prestigious Wiley W. Manuel Award for Pro Bono Legal Service from the California State Bar in 2010, 2012 and 2013 for the work he has performed.
Attorney Donnoe was appointed Co-Chair of the New Lawyer Section by the San Diego North County Bar Association for the 2012-2013 term.
He is licensed to practice law in California and Florida, but currently focuses his practice exclusively in California.
